Hi, I'm Jed Hornbeak based out of Hornbeak, Tennessee. The fascination with art and knives has been there since a very young age. My skills were developed after taking machining in high school and two decades of vigorous labor in several small machining job shops.

I am a one-man operation and do everything from heat treating to leather stitching. The Jed Hornbeak Way requires being craftier than mac and cheese, combining skill with passion, blood, sweat, and tears to offer the world functional art to be used and enjoyed for generations.

I stand behind my product and value its longevity. Any product damage due to material or craftmanship failure will be repaired/replaced by Jed Hornbeak.
